This time last week we were wrapping up our first-ever PhD pillar programme!
At SMG we have developed a series of training courses in-house that are perfect for key milestones in our people's SMG careers. These are interactive workshops that typically take place over 2-3 days offsite. They're led by the University Team Facilitators and they've been designed to give our people the key skills, knowledge and experience to excel in their role.
Our PhD pillar programme is for all of our employees at director level - the training was a huge success and we can't wait to host the next one!
