This week is #learningdisabilityweek! We are fully committed to ensuring that everyone feels welcome, appreciated, supported, and accepted at SMG, no matter what their background or identity may be.
Disability is one of our DE&I group’s focus areas, which is why we signed up to the Government Scheme: Disability Confident and are now working towards getting to level 2 on the scheme.
We have put in place measures to actively attract, and recruit disable people whilst also offering a fully accessible recruitment process. We are making positive changes in this area; however, we realise there is still much work for us to do.
