January Blues may be in full swing but here at SMG we're looking forward to brighter days with the launch of our new benefit "Have Fun'd" in February.
We realise wellbeing isn't one size fits all, "Have Fun-d" is a discretionary wellbeing fund of £100 per month for each employee to spend on what wellbeing means to them. Whether that be a gym membership, pet care or taking up a new hobby! All we ask is that it truly supports our employees to have fun, be happy and stay healthy.
We can't wait to see what everyone spends their Have Fun-d on!
