We are delighted to announce that Shopper Media Group have been named as one of the Future 100 UK companies by the Financial Times.
A few months ago, a panel of expert judges sought to find fast growing companies across the country that are leaving their mark and making a positive impact in their industry and wider society. They also valued companies that went beyond “corporate speak” and industry minimum standards. This led them to specifically recognising our totally unique business and ability to demonstrate a market-leading approach to boosting diversity.
The inaugural list published earlier this week demonstrates that despite Brexit uncertainties and the impact this may have on fast-growing businesses, the UK’s corporate climate is still supportive of the following initiatives, of which each business was judged against; diversity, disruption, consistent revenue growth and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance).

Sally Vincent, HR Manger at Shopper Media Group said; “It’s incredibly exciting to receive this accolade and be recognised for our diversity and innovation. It could be said that our diverse workforce comes more naturally to us than it may do for others, but that is because our approach has always been to bring in the best and most talented people to our agencies, regardless of gender or socioeconomic background. As our business continues to grow and change, our mindset to attracting and nurturing talent certainly will not!”
Matthew Lee our Co-Founder added; “It’s a real honour to be recognised as one of FT’s Future 100 companies. It’s 10 years on and we’re really proud of the business we have grown to become, along with the community of ambitious and diverse talent that has been built along the way. We’ve got exciting plans ahead to continue our growth journey, and to transform the world of shopper media - so watch this space!”
