What will we cover?

Our b3 Talent Hunters team will be taking you through a candidate's journey when they come in to meet with us. We'll be sharing all our new frameworks to help ensure we're bringing in the best of the best to SMG, as well as sharing some tips & techniques to help everyone feel confident in how they can get the most from the recruitment process.

This course is open to those in a management role at SMG and those who are working on our graduate recruitment plans!
